Rye Workshop is an experiential design agency collaborating with brands large and small with the goal of one thing: real, good conversation and powerful connection. We’re based in the NYC area but travel country-wide.

It’s more than a photo backdrop or beautiful florals– it’s full service production. From designing and producing full-build outs, to choosing the right plates for the food and table, to sourcing handmade and vintage elements, we create environments that celebrate who we are and remind us why we are excited to be here.
We’ll set the scene for a memorable time, not just for an Instagram hashtag, but for a sense of one-on-one. Something human, something good. We know you know your customers aren’t a number, they’re special and real. We’ll treat them to an event that keeps your conversation going long after the lights come up.

With over 14 years of experience in bringing brands and communities together through designing and producing events, Molly is passionate about real face time and creating spaces that are conducive to dialogue & authenticity. It all starts with well-rounded spaces with a human, charming sensibility.
